My passion for cooking began in Mexico, where I spent countless hours in the kitchen alongside my mom, learning the value of homemade food, hard work, and family. Those early experiences inspired a lifelong love for cooking and the dream of one day owning my own restaurant.
Every meal we shared taught me that great food is about more than flavor—it's about bringing people together and creating lasting memories. After moving to California, I pursued my culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, where I refined my skills and transformed my passion into a profession. While culinary school shaped my technique, the values I learned growing up remain the heart of everything I create.
Every step of that journey brought me closer to realizing my dream of opening my own restaurant. Blending traditional influences with professional training, I set out to create a place where every guest could enjoy authentic cuisine, genuine hospitality, and an experience that feels like home.
